The visitors took an early lead through Daniel Langhamer in the fifth minute, assisted by Martin Králik. Artis responded swiftly, with Quadri Adediran leveling the score in the nineteenth minute, a goal set up by Papalélé. However, Mlada Boleslav regained their advantage just two minutes later, courtesy of Jiří Klíma's strike from a Solomon John pass.
